Care in the Home Ltd are now providing a 12 week training Programme for the new 8 Common Induction Standards.
Course Aim:
This course is designed to ensure that all Social Care Workers have an understanding of Care and the role of a Social Care Worker and will be mentored through a 12 week induction plan.

- Standard 3- Communicate Effectively
- Standard 4- Equality and Inclusion
- Standard 5- Principles for Implementing Duty of Care
- Standard 6- Principles of Safequarding in Health and Social Care
- Standard 7- Person Centred Support
- Standard 8- Health and Safety in an Adult Social Care Setting
Delivery:
An interactive course designed to blend practical and background knowledge, ensuring individuals are adequately trained in an informative and enjoyable way.
