this course is designed to ensure that all Care Workers are aware of Legislation and the safe handling and storage of food to prevent contamination and harm.
Course Content:
Legislation, Incidents and caused of food poisoning, Bacteriology and food poisoning bacteria, personal hygiene, Safe practice in preventing contamination, Pest control, Food reactions.
Delivery:
An interactive course designed to blend theory with quizzes and questions to enable a sound understanding of this course.
