Course Aim:
This is a mandatory course required for all Social Care Worker s who work within Domiciliary Care. The course is designed to teach you how to practise First Aid techniques safely in line with current Legislation.
Course Content:
Cleeding, Burns & Scalds, Epileptic fits, Resuscitation, Unconsciousness, Heart Attack, Hypothermia, Chocking, Poisoning, Falls/Fractures, Fainting, Asthma, Stroke, Electric Shock.
Delivery:
An interactive day course which will include both practical and theory based learning. This course will ensure individuals are adequeately trained to perform First Aid techniques if required.
