NVQ's

We offer National Vocational Qualifications to all of our staff and it is expected that all home care assistants will work towards a level 2 in care after being with the company 6 months.

We offer level 3 in Care and also for those exceptional members of staff that wish to go into management roles there is the opportunity to obtain a higher level qualification.
