About Us

Care in the Home is a family orientated business.  Owned by David and Helen McMahon and managed by our Registered Manager Marlene Darch and Office Manager Stephanie McKnight.  We have a strong supportive team within the office and a good team of Home Care Assistants that have the interests of our customers to heart. We are a company that puts quality of care before quantity of care.

We are annually inspected by the Care Quality Commision (CQC). 

Mission Statement

To Strive to provide our Service User's  with the best services possible. To be the best quality service provider while we still have fun doing so much good.  To maintain a high standard of training at all times. To endeavour to increase the independance of vulnerable adults, and thereby reduce or delay dependance on residential nursing or Hospital care. To help all our Employees and Service User's to benefit from effective Health and Safety Management and a sensible Health and Safety Culture.
